Order Form Information

Ordering will be a little bit different this year. All of the crafts will be listed on one order form.Order forms will be available at church October 12th. Orders will be taken from the 12th to the 26th.  All orders and money will be due on October 26th. Unfortunately, we will be unable to make exceptions to this deadline as we will need to purchase craft supplies quickly.

Fairfield Ward will turn money in to Sarah Hales or any member of the RS presidency.

Hamilton Ward, please contact Barbara Robinette or Danette VonGostomsky for ordering instructions.

I will try to post the order form here so anyone who will be unable to get to church that day can print it at home.

Order forms can be mailed to Sarah Hales if that works best for you.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask.  You can e-mail, text, call, or comment below with your questions or concerns. We want to work with you to make this as easy as possible for everyone!
